The 2nd hub of the base game has little spots of sunlight shining on the ground, and they glow blindingly while everything else is completely fine.

thats what i see, i have no gamma changed, didnt see an HDR lighting option in the game settings, so if thats apart of the reshade i'd turn it off. only thing that seems to be blown out is is the white flowers and anything else on the extreme end of saturation for its color.
i'd say if possible clear your shader cache and verify game files if you havn't already.
Any other game automatically engages windows HDR settings on boot, but if you dont do it manually, this game will disable HDR options.
The option probably doesn't even appear if your not HDR capable.
Other people have an option for Nvidia Ray tracing but since my card lacks that feature, I do not have that option in my menus while others do. There is def. an HDR option in game.
yeah perhaps they just didnt optimize the textures for HDR like they should have, or maybe those rocks are just that reflective!
but if they were that reflective... those aptonoth should have severe burns.
