doesnt exist.

master rank teostra. the normal one is enough. have to encounter in during an expedition first. need to have unlocked 5 star master rank quests in iceborne story to encounter it during expedition. its random if it spawns or not. just keep resetting maps by traveling between them and check recess and wildspire for a teostra spawn.

I have 250 MR, 300HR and end game, im killing 20-40 MR teostra and not Caiser b

Are you sure you're looking for Beta + and not Gamma +? Beta is just a normal set you get from killing Teostra. Gamma + does not exist.
