Palico Gadget missing

Hello, I'm trying to get all the palicos gadgets, I already collected all but the last one.
In theory, this is obtained with a quest that gives you an NPC in the main village after getting all the other gadgets, but when you get all the others the quest does not appear in the village.

I read in a forum that the conditions for this mission to come out are:
* Have all remaining gadgets
* Defeat Zohra 2 times

I tried to do a mission from Zohra, it's not exactly the mission to defeat him but well, unfortunately it didn't work

Does anyone know what I'm missing? because I can't find a mission to kill Zohra

For those who experience the same thing as me, I have the solution:
In many videos and guides they tell you that you should go to Astera, where the Liyian will give you the mission to get the last gadget, normally this is the case, but if you are already advanced in Iceborn the Liyian will not appear in Astera but in Seliana. That's where he will give you the mission to get the last one.

Question, have you unlocked the elder's recess?

If you have then you need to talk to the linyian reasercher after doing all the other gadget quests and he will ask you to find Gajalaka scribbles so he can communicate with them. after you find those he will give you a quest to sneak into the Gajalaka village if you go to the elders recess at night. once you do that then you can use gajalaka followers and the final base game gadget.

Yes, I have it unlocked, in fact I am quite advanced in iceborn, but even so the mission with the Linyian does not appear

If you have all of them, the quest should show up for the last one.
So you have Flashfly Cage, Shieldspire, Choral Orchestra, and Plunderblade and it still hasn't showed up? that's weird.
I don't remember there being any other things you need to do to unlock the quest..
