I play on a radeon RX 580 and with one performance booster mod my game runs pretty smooth. Your game should still run decently if you're willing to mess with some settings and mods.

i've seen a couple of these benchmarks, i've played the game for an hour or so and even with simillar specs for some reason it's not even hitting 30 fps like they do ;-;

Your PC it's too old for MHW. You need to change your PC unfortunately or you can play games but at low graphic/detail. You can try to download some mods for some optimizations but i dont know how many fps you can get from this thing.
Are you playing like this guy in the video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jYplVRtUNg8

i use a gtx 1050 paired with ancient amd fx4300 and i get very stable 45-50fps and can run game for hours upon hours with no trouble, sometimes 55-60fps.

i think the gpu is good enough to handle the game decently ...
does the cpu not bottleneck tho?

for years id imagine but i never notice it, plays every game in my library i think at 45fps up to 60fps with medium-high gfx except for one i can remember which was assassins creed odyssey, i couldnt find a good enough setting to have that game playable and enjoyable at all
i do have 16gb ram tho

been running this cpu since 2015, got the gpu and ram in 2018 or 19 i think, with a zip tie strapped very cheap case fan to the heater core and still it never gets above 32c even if running game for 6 hours straight lol

i do use performance booster mod and reshade via nexus, but im not sure if the booster does much since i only recently downloaded it and already had played for 100 hours before downloading

Here are some settings for when i got the game when it came out I was able to get 60FPS while playing. My old System was a Intel i5-4790K with a GTX 960 2GB and 8GB RAM. I was able to sustain 60ish to 58 FPS. It would only drop when it the game would be loading in the map and like load into other things. But overall ran really well was able to play with family and friends with no issue. I hope this helps. Happy Hunting. :)

If you wanna get a big boost to your fps with the cost of graphics then I suggest turning FidelityFX on.
