Is there any way to see all my items?
Im having trouble understanding where everything is going that I pick up in the field.

I can't see everything in my inventory when I try to look? Seems like some crafting items I can only see if Im speaking to the crafter, I guess that is by design?

How can i see appreciation tickets? where do i even spend them?

What about all the crafting ingredients, no way to see them in a menu?

also i noticed the "in-pouch" inventory is limited, will i also run out of spaces in my item box? the box only has 2 tabs now, will it add more?

Everything you pick up in the world is placed in your personal inventory, unless it's a monster part that had dropped off of it (like a scale while tracking, or broken parts during a fight). Some items are automatically set to craft when looted, like herbs will be crafted into potions if space is available. You can turn this function on/off in the crafting menus.

You can see all of your monster parts and other crafting materials in the item box.

Appreciation tickets are just another crafting material. They are used to craft specific armor sets for you and your palico at the smithy.

Your item box can hold all crafting materials in the game. They can stack up to 9999, at which point any extras are automatically converted into zenny. It can also hold up to 2500 weapons/armor pieces.

in the item box go to "sell items" to see your full list of items including gathered monster parts

Ha ha... ha.

Turns out you need to go to 'sell items' (thanks Canadian Normandy), which isn't exactly the most intuitive requirement to peruse one's collection.
