VIP event tickets, how do you exactly get them?

Title. I saw multiple at the melder but none of them can be melded by anything I own yet, other than the VIP joyful ticket. I've gotten them through helping my friend on some quest but nothing else. Any way to get them in solo or smth? (looking to get many of them to meld other tickets)

Edit: also id appreciate if someone told me what are they for, because the wiki i check doesnt exactly tell everything, especially when it comes to these VIP tickets

Any MR hunt/quest can give them rarely, or helping lower rank hunters. Wearing 3 or 5 pieces of the festival-specific armor set will increase your chances of getting one.

is it a big, or small increase? or is it just unknown?

They're used to make layered armour and pendants (cosmetic accessories that attach to your weapon). They're also used as materials for delivery requests in the Resource Center for unlocking furnishings in your room in Seliana.
