As others have said it was already 100K+ daily before yesterday when he started.
The MH Wilds announcement was the main reason and the sale price and ppl just remembering they had this game and iceborne wasn't that great at launch.

But I guess during NA primetime it has picked up a bit again after starting to drop so he does bring in maybe a 10-20K bump. This will likely increase as he continues to stream it over the next few days.

The game's playerbase has been steadily increasing for the last two or so weeks. We have 120k people playing the game because of the marketing campaign Capcom is running, the announcement of the new MH game that happened recently, many existing and well known MH content creators coming back with their own fresh playthroughs and dragging others in with them, and in general because what else is there to play right now at the end of the year?

Asmongold had zero meaningful impact on anything here. Please don't be cringe.

One of my favorite streamer and Ytber ever but if you seriously think he contributed to the upward trend by playing the game 4 hours yesterday, you're absolutely delusional. It peaked at 121k few days prior. If anything he's jumping on the bandwagon.

the game has been getting pushed by Capcom and has had a regular player base 100k+ on peak times.

Asmongold had nothing to do with any player count for a game he is just making "react" money on.
