Unlocking Assassin's Hood Mantle?

Does anyone know of any mods that re-enable the unlocking of the Assassin's Hood Mantle? Same for the Movie tie-in content as well...
I've got a mod that re-enables the SDF quest in the Optional category rather than Event, but while it still gives Senu's Feather, I can't seem to craft anything with it...

If I was willing to sacrifice one of my other mantles to turn it into the Assassin's Hood Mantle then I could probably do that with CE, but ultimately getting rid of one of my other mantles would be a bit of a last resort, and last time I tried to do this, adding a totally new mantle from scratch was a little beyond me.
