If you go to the steam pages they have the same gpu and ram requirements idk what he is talking about lol.
In my sleep addled state I posted something about it but then deleted it lmao
Rise actually has similar or less system requirements than World.
But I still find it confusing that he was trying to point out(If he was right) that Rise having bad optimization as a good thing.
World store page recommended, AMD Radeon™ RX 480 directx 11. Rise store page recommended AMD Radeon™ RX 570 (VRAM 4GB) directx 12.
Seems like Rise is a more demanding game.
what are you talking about? Both store pages recommend either a GTX 1060 or RX 570. literally the same cards for both games. They just didn't put in the rx480 either because it stopped getting driver support or because they just forgot or didn't care.
False.
CPU requirements are a little bit more for World than Rise, although the list of recommended parts is... interesting to say the least lmao
World recommended is Intel® Core™ i7 3770 or Core™ i3 8350 or Core™ i3 9350F / AMD Ryzen™ 5 1500X
Rise only recommends Intel® Core™ i5-4460 or AMD FX™-8300, both of which are a bit less powerful than the 3rd Gen i7 and Ryzen 5 1500X listed on World
The fact of the matter is Rise will give better fps compared to World for the same resolution maxed settings and same pc. No amount of theoretical store page searching will change the actual numbers and benchmark performance
Just go try it out yourself and tell me which one you get higher fps with all settings maxed. I'll be waiting
World won't break 40-50 ish on 720p.
And it's because world is a bit harder to run.
