integrated graphics doesnt show up on the cpu as well?
You also might want to check out this mod if you haven't already, I haven't looked at it in a long while though:

Stracker's link: https://www.nexusmods.com/monsterhunterworld/mods/1982
Also, not sure if it applies to you or not, but back when I was trying to make my laptop run cooler, I would change advanced power settings (in the battery options) and set the 'maximum processor state' way down. (From 100% -> 70% unplugged and 55% plugged in). I don't know the details of what this actually does but it worked a little bit. There's definitely a way to do something similar on actual PCs' but I don't know how :d
Sorry for not being able to help more
I've also jusy found out that if I change it to 30 fps I drop like 40% in my cpu usage, so idk what the ♥♥♥♥ is going on
Sounds almost like the game is trying to run entirely off of integrated graphics, or whatever AMD's equivalent of that is.
Also, these are settings that I set for the game aaages ago that were supposed to be the most efficient or something, idk. So if you can set this stuff somehow it might help (or not.. idk) This was in NVIDIA control panel though, I don't know anything about other graphics cards, so.. yeah https://imgur.com/a/ayERqAp
you also might want to test how the game runs with/without directx12 and some other in-game graphics settings.
Again, sorry for not being able to help much lol
Thats the vega graphics he mentioned
Still leaves the question of whether the game is utilising the GeForce GTX 1650 as it should, or if it's running entirely off of Vega [CPU].
it is a quad core laptop cpu, the usage for this game seems about right as it's relatively cpu heavy and trys to push out as much as possible.
It's also an old saying to pair AMD with Radeon as the gpu's are still subpar to Nvidia's while the cpu's and the motherboardchips of AMD became alot better not just in quality but also in synergy when paired with Nvidia due DDR4 and GDDR6 working in harmony.
Getting the usage down enough for the temperature within the laptop to not skyrocket is almost impossible and even with custom cooling the laptop's getting effectively stress test treatment in this game. The usage is not a bug, it is how the game is designed and a quad core being utilized almost fully is a thing since battlefield 3. If the GPU of the CPU were in fact running the game, the utilization wouldn't be as high as the cpu only renders as much as the target framerate which is probably not more than 40 frames depending on the settings and even then the CPU and the Mobile GFX are 2 different entities that don't sandback eachother to the extent of pushing the CPU usage to that level.
there should be a way to tell the game to use the graphics card as the primary GPU. I know sometimes games like to use the onboard graphics.
So far it seems like hes saying the CPU usage varies greatly with graphics settings which shouldn't really be the case here.
OP have you told your system to designate the geforce as your main card?
