I bought my enbyfriend the base game and she can't be as powerful as she could because she doesn't own the DLC.
You aren't as strong as you could be but neither is anything you are fighting so it works out.
Still not pay to win, it's pay to play.

And the quotes are because i'm not sure what you mean by enbyfriend since it's not even remotely close to boyfriend or girlfriend to be a typo, but if you get insulted by that then, that is a you problem.
