About skill secret

I wanna ask how to activate/obtain the skill secret in the first place? Because i wanna use lv3 free meal skill but after putting 3 of satiated decos it still showed lv1 free meal. Can anyone explain please because i really wanna use that skill

You must wear enough pieces of a specific set of gear that unlocks the secret. The set bonuses are listed like any other, so it's not really a secret.

Do we have to augment the armour first because i use 3 satiated and it still shows 1 free meal tho

You need to wear enough pieces of the Tigrex, Brute Tigrex, Kulve Taroth, or Fatalis armor sets. You do not need to augment them. Simply wear enough pieces of the armor set to activate the set bonus as listed.

Usually, "Secret" skills require a certain amount of the armors equipped, ie, look at the final page of your skill page and look at the "set bonus".
Some require 2 or 4 parts, but most require 3 parts of the armor to activate the "secret"
