heard you can get bunny ears form this event, can't find the quest in my list "Don’t Forget the Ear Plugs!". Do I have to do something to make it appear? I can do rank 6 quests.

It is a Master Rank 6 quest that can be found under the "Master Rank Events" list.

You can't do it yet until you beat the final boss of the base game and gain access to MR6 quests, and you need iceborne to access Master Rank.

yes - I think it requires MR20 to do.

It's only a MR 5 quest.
Edit: I misread it requires your MR to be 20 in order to do the resident evil quest

It's a MR 24 quest as it requires that you fight garuga, In the event quests, i just recently did it, it's a little baby garuga you slap around. cute little thing.
