Unless I missed some weird offshoot model of the 1060. Which is possible considering there's like five damn versions of the base 1060 now.

Not really. The 3gb has less vram, but it's still more powerful than the 570. If it's not a 480/580/590, the polaris gpus are NOT worth money.
