Buff Body A as Layered Armor?

So i just saw someone using the Buff Body A as layered armor and ik the Transmog mod exist. But i thought it only works on Armor that we actually have in the Files. So how come Rajang armor is already in there?

Was so happy when i saw that set until i googled it :|

PS: The Dragon Seal cloth he/she used is also not available yet uh...

Frankly, It's getting to the point where you're going to make companies think you'd rather buy it than earn it, and then that will turn cheating into stealing.

I do think it is important to make a distinction between cosmetic mods like the transmog mod and actual cheating like invincibility. One just lets them look however they want while the other actually affects gameplay.

If it wasn't for the fact that the buff body is unreleased content, would you ever know? Even if you did, does it make the game harder or easier? Are they negatively affecting your gameplay? No, they aren't.

Now if they were invincible, then they make hunting monsters far easier than it should be, removing the challenge from the game. That negatively affects your gameplay. That should be condemned.

There is weapon transmog tool right now. Armor transmog mods allows full transmog, meaning that you can wear any armor as layered.

Moreover, it's not "make stuffs that already in game to be available with one single button". Currently, no one can get buff armor itself. We only have the model and texture. Since Buff armor is not a layered armor to start with, it can be considered "that will never be in the game"

The weapon transmog technically isn't transmog per say. The armor transmog uses the layered armor system which just masks the actual armor you are wearing with another armor. The weapon transmog is replacing one weapon model with another. I do not believe that other players would see the weapon transmog.

Still nothing wrong it, just a nitpick on what it really is and why I wish there was a layered weapon system so I could use the Hellish/Divine Slasher model on my Gold Rathian LS.

Here's the thing, would you rather it be a Ubisoft tier microtransaction to assist "player choice"?
I know for me, if it was available, I would actively seek it. I have the later half of all the armors saved in my transmog loadout... Including the hotspring stuff.

I got the quest to get the hotspring layer armor, I did it twice and bought the armor anyway.
I don't really think people cheating are bad VS wanting to use content that helps them enjoy the game instead of waiting until they've reached the point of, let me go get my weekly wyvern print, and log in bonus.

It's definitely cheating, but why be mad if you can do it in a few clicks.
I'm just thinking of how many people bought an action replay or gameshark, codebreaker pelican etc, just for Pokémon, and ended up going down a rabbit hole just because they already had cheats.

If it upsets you, just go do it too.

No idea, transmorg/ code to cheat some armors that not even release yet.

Ever since starting MHW a year ago I only ever encountered one cheater (on shot kill mod) and he has been since reported and banned, other than that when people cheat they keep it to themselves really and you can't blame them, sometime the grind in the game is too tedious and boring so if you don't have a lot of time on your hands I could see why people would cheat...

Edit: by cheating I mean people getting items from the provisions manager like AT tickets instead of fight AT's to get them and stuff like that.

The code behind may not be stabilized enough for PC release, or perhaps they use this window to fix other things and give players a reason to come back and play after the fixes are applied. It's probable that currently the armor is working, but the actual quest is not.

TBH I don't really care about they cheated the layered armor, I mean it's just made their character appearance better.
If they're having a 1 shot kill in an online session with some random player, that's a problem.
I just don't want to poison my eyes because of mixed sets, or bored bcz they're using the same skin all the time.

y'all can have the same or opposite opinion to mine, I'm just happy to hunt monsters with the bois.

Fun fact, most layered armors reskin or transmog can be used even without trackers.
Every patch Capcom always tries to prevent players to cheat with mods like rescramble the path so the some of the nativePC subfolders aren't detected (or something, idk the exact thing that they did) and tracker is a plugin to detect the nativePC since the Iceborn patch is screwing every mod before iceborn.

FYI, NativePC is the mod folder for MHW, I bet some of you know that much.

If its just cosmetics then its not considered cheating. If someone is classifying it under cheating then it's just nit picking.

If someone wants to use a transmog, let them. Its not effecting anyone negatively. In most cases, no one else cares as long as the player isn't one shotting monsters or have unlimited hp, full stats, or have every armor skill equipped.
