How to unlock Kushala Daora layered armor?

I looked at the mhw wiki and it does not say how to unlock it unlike other Layered Armors on there. Help a noobie out

You need to break its tail, head, and wings in a single fight in that order. Then you'll have the option to craft it from the Smithy.

Oh ok, does the wings have an order also like Right Wing first then Left ? Or none?

No he is bullshitting you. You cannot craft Monster Layered sets in game yet until Rajang Update. But you can use the Transmog mod to apply any armor to your layered set.

You cannot craft any monster's layered armor right now. The first craftable layered armor sets for Low Rank monsters will come next month with the Rajang update. Kushala and the rest of the Elders will come later (possibly in a few months).

these are the major updates for the next few months, i expect the majority of the layered armor will come in the first two (Feb and March)

Does that mod work on the new iceborne update? I was seeing some posts on reddit warning players to remove mods before Iceborne update

some of it already updated. I just used it yesterday but only transmog though. I don't know about the other.

Yup yup. Having craftable layered armor was actually the thing I was looking forward to the most in Iceborne. It's okay though; there's plenty of content to keep me busy in the meantime.
