Is there any way to deal with the annoying guiding lands rotten vale raphinos?

Every single time.
Every single ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time.
I just want to fight a large monster from the vale, and tthen those two idiots in the vale show up. I have to explicitly go out of my way to kill them, OTHERWISE :
-They will interrupt my attacks
-They interrupt gathering animations
-They proc for the effluvium blight

I can't fit in flinch free 3 into my set, which wouldn't even solve the issue of effluvium blight. I can't fit intimidator 3 either.

No, not even killing them is a permanent solution. They respawn instantly and will aggro onto you as soon as you enter their specific area. Yes, they are able to hit monsters that sleep in the nest there. (Tigrex, Odogaron, etc etc)

Who is the actual monster who put this in the game?

I got a hard intimidator deco, might test that out. Then again I'm already done with the vale and I'll have ptsd forever of getting para'ed just before getting the mine.

raphinos ignore intimidator.

i've found using torch pods on the ground keeps their attention and most things like bugs and girros.

otherwise yeah killing them or flash podding them are your best bets.

no im saying its pointless. i tried it and it dont work. works for girros and thats about it. bugs and raphinos still get ya.

Master Rank has apparently made all smaller monsters much more aggressive, which, like in previous games, is quite annoying when you're trying to gather stuff.

I agree with Xilo,

Intimidator does NOT work on raphinos and the bugs, but they intimidate you as I can see... sorry for the joke. I found the best way to use Ghillie mantle if you need to go to that area. I use it for collecting there, that, and the skill that lets you gather without being interrupted. It works like a charm (and it is not a charm!!! XD)

This is kind of why i am starting to like LBG, because they got very annoying. so now i just set down wyvern blast charge near where i am doing stuff, and they all just happily blow them selves up when they attempt to attack me, along with the girros, bugs, etc.
