Optional quests bugged

So right now I'm at the phase you reach upon reaching MR49 (just to keep it as spoilerless as possible). I was clearing optional quests and noticed I had just a few MR5 quests done so by default I figured that the quests I am missing are the other Elder Dragons. I did the event quest with Kirin/Kushala/Teostra to unlock Kushala and Teostra but here's the issue I got. I got 5 quests (done from before) and two new quests: The Harbinger of the clear skies, one for Kushala, and Mark of the Sun, one for Teostra. I did Mark of the Sun first after which I cleared the Harbinger one. The moment I cleared Harbinger quest, I went to check the quest list to double check if I did them all - nope! First of all, the Harbinger quest was still marked as incomplete but I tried to ignore it, thinking it was a bug. Afterwards I've done Assigned quest to hunt tempered Rathian and Nighstade Paoulmu. The moment I've done it, I went to recheck quests, once again, just to find out Mark of the Sun disappeared in addition to "Royal Audience on the Sand" just appearing out of nowhere. Is this a bug or is this a feature?

There's 2 quests for Kushala and Teostra and Vaal. Can't recall about Kirin.

Can confirm - optional vanilla quests are bugged.
There are quests marked as completed that were never touched
and quests that get completed after installing iceborne don't get marked as completed.

Does anyone know where to report bugs for MHW?

4 years later, and it's still bugged
I just completed 'Mark of the sun' then I did 'Lightning Crashes',
'Wings of the wind' was supposed to be the last one, but after Kirin the Teostra one wasn't marked complete anymore. Then I went and did 'Faraway Lorelei' then the Teostra one was complete once again, but not the Kushala one. Then I did a Special arena: MR Zinogre but the Kushala one is still incomplete.
Very annoying, but I guess this won't be fixed ever.

Edit: I don't have any marked as complete that I didn't do. Only ones I did marked as incomplete.

I wouldn't worry about it bud honestly. It's been this way pretty much since the beginning and at this point it will never get fixed. Over the years I've put in thousands of hours in MHW combined on all platforms. Doesn't actually impede your progress whatsoever, its just a bug with how the quests are marked. I haven't found any other issues with it myself :)
