WARNING Nexus Mods maybe Virus Infected!!!

Hello,

i checked if a new Version of the Transmog Mod is out and after i was around 5 sec on the Website, i was directed to a other website and my Boxes makes a loud (bioslike) sound.

I get a failure message and a dumb order to now click a button to save my PC. I closed instantly the Website but as sayd not fast enough bevore this loud Sound appears.

Im not sure and wish not to make bad Propaganda against Nexus mods, but in my eyes the Website is not save anymore.

a big youtuber, AG he talked about Nexus mod ( 5 cool mods currently available , exept transmog not working well ).... its just a warning from the site and also they had lot of ADs to make money i think outta them.

No, i dont get a maleware as far as i can say, after a full system scan and a offline scan. But this Message was a Warning for me. Looks not longer save for me, the website.
And no, im not a cheater. Transmog is only a cosmetic Mod.

Sigh. Everytime something happens people blame nexus.
It's not their fault. They use an ad-finding service. Sometimes those ads are viruses because people are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Best thing to do is email their support and REPORT that you encountered such a thing. It will make them aware of it, so they can get in contact with the ad-service to get rid of the offending ad.

Other than that, if such a thing is happening, it's not on nexusmods unless you actually downloaded something (a mod) that turned out to be a virus, which again, report it to nexus so they can fix it.

Nexus is fine to me, if u actually get maleware....use factory reset setting and erase everything on ur laptop....
