Guiding Lands how to get Tempered Odogaron ?

Is it really that simple to keep killing monsters till you lucky get it by random spawn or Lure ?
Or do I have to kill mosters in this underground section where he normaly lives like Radoban/great giros

The regular Tempered Odogaron should be level 6 for coral and rotten vale.
EDIT: Looks like Rotten and Coral has the Odogaron at level 5 for appearing.

To add more info. Either load between maps to reset the monsters. Or hunt and break fanged wyverns and hope for lure.

ah so fanged Wyverns drop Fanged wyverns lure for example Anjanath is a fanged wyvern and he drops Tempered Odogaron ?
