Gatherer's Charm Missing

I can't seem to get the Gatherer's Charm to become available for crafting.

I have all of the resources needed (MR40) but it is not in the list

Do you have the other Rarity 5 special charms? (Mud Puppy, Trickshot, Hunter's Life, and Procurer's)

I know I have Mud Puppy, Trickshot, but not in game currently, probably have the other 2 as well

Hmm well, my best guess would be you don't have any Mosswine Hides (from those moss-covered pig-looking creatures). Since the other parts are from HR (Non-Great) Jagras, and a relatively common material from HR mining nodes

just wondering if you got this sorted because i'm in the same position have a 5 mosswine hide tho, i also have the other charms

Does it perhaps unlock stealthily only if you've done various Optional quests related to gathering X amount of resources, usually for ingredients? Or perhaps those Piscine / Lynian / Endemic Life researcher bounties?

To Include an answer to this so people searching can understand.

You need one item of each material it takes to craft the charm.

(5) Mosswine Hides
(5) Jagras Scale +
(5) Jagras Hide +
(2) Spiritcore Ore

From my experience with answering this question most people miss the Jagras + parts. It is not the HR Great Jagras it is the smaller HR Jagras that you need to kill and carve. As for the Mosswine if you dont want to hunt them down you can use your tailraiders to farm for the hides. For the Spiritcore Ore you only have to harvest from high rank mining nodes.

Hope this helps to clear this up. I have searched and cant seem to find a clear explanation anywhere.
