ciri layered armor?

just wondering if this is still obtainable i have done the main quest while playing geralt but the quest for i think option or events for hunt leshen is not available although the event already started today. do i need to solve all the problems to make it show?

You can still get it, go to the Melder and get Mugeun (close to that spelling ur should be a yellowish potion icon) get 1 of them and go to the Smithy, you can now make the Ciri Layered Armor

ah thx found it what about zirael? ciri weapon i dont seem to see it on the forge dual blade

Have to wait till the AL mission is back on events I assume at the weapon drops you cannot meld.
