But you can shoot non-enraged monsters into enraged ones :D

She sure as hell followed me to the next room and we fought there just fine. Just make sure she's mad.

Partbreaker 3, break their heads and if for whatever reason you take more than 10 minutes on reduced HP Goldie then just reset.

Use the temporal mantle and the fire immunity mantle. Make sure you have some good defensive skills slotted in your build such as health boost 3.
You could eat for Felyne Safeguard to get an extra kart and equip your Palico with the vigorwasp to get the vigorwasp revival skill as well.
Silver Rathalos will spawn later in the fight, so I'd recommend capturing Gold Rathian as fast as possible so you'll spend very little time fighting them both simultaneously.

I'm unsure what weapon youre using but this general advice should at least help you a little bit!
It's definetly a hard mission but it can be done solo!

Just search for gold rathian or silver rathalos in SOS. There are always people doing the quest, just join.
