Nothing is capable of one shotting you.
Normal Nerg will destroy you in one shot if you let it slamma jam on you.

You couldn't even fix levels or delevel stuff and farming them to lv7 took atleast 3 times more than it does now.
So i think they do just not to every dumbass complaint people have.
Ruiner on the other hand is just like fighting regular Nerd but with a couple of shiny new moves and with a bleed effect. You see "pros" carting to this supposedly easy monster because he can still get you with a move you may not have been keeping an eye on
His "ultimate" move has been changed and wow is it merciful compared to last time. Instead of only being able to superman dive the instakill dash with no exception, you can just get out of his effective range and score some hits, and it doesn't even hurt as bad
When you die to Ruiner you know exactly what you did wrong and you can learn from it, its not like AT where the AI and moveset is completely unfair
