Also, 2 hours is not enough to see if you like the game or not.
This isn't your typical action game.
- Download 1 hr ( depend, sometime it takes 3 hr then u cant even refund after that like GTA 5 online ) and other 40 mins to try out the game , 20 left to ask for a refund
Didn't like it because it's not my type of game. I'm a support in most games and I don't find here something close to it.
Edit: Like I said, Tutorial and so. Is it so bad to want to refund a game after 4 hours played ?
That's not how it works.
It's 2 hour of game time logged in, not pure 2 hours.
You have 14 days to refund if you do not go over the game time.
Really ?? Im not so sure, cuz i purchased GTA 5 online before on my Other steam account ( the game took longer than 3hr to download, becuz i played other game while downloading )
- After i head to GTA 5 for 10 mins and try to refund, they wont let me....i received an email that mention '' 3 hour '''
Capcom should have made a demo where you do one quest, fighting a Great Jagras in the Special Arena, letting you pick from a bunch of loadouts featuring each weapon, a bit like a basic Arena quest, or the beta.
The two hours thing isn't something we can answer, it's just Steams policy I'm afraid. It can be unfair when it happens and a game fails to close properly, thus ticking time up that you didn't spend.
You also can't refund anything (usually) if you've owned it for more than 14 days, even if you've never even launched it. Found that out with Spacehulk: Deathwing. Steam are strict, but fair.
Yes, it does not count the downloading time in these 2h limit.
It only counts the time in which the game is switched ON, and Steam counts the time played.
