Anyone know of some good comfy lance sets? (MOSTLY SOLVED)

I've been using my own lance set for a while know, which is a bit clobbered together from what I could find. I wanted to try and switch to a better one but I'm not sure what specifically to use.
There are some things I absolutely do want in this set, which is FF1 and HB3. Guard 5 is an obvious one, thanks to ironside charm 5, and guard up I could probably do with just making 2 different sets, one for monsters that need it, and one for those that don't.

I try to usually run offensive guard, and run a weapon with high innate sharpness. (in my makeshift set, it's the nargacuga lance with handicraft 5 + elementless). I run purple now because of Yian Garuga.

P.S :
I have the guard 5 charm now. I'm in the endgame of iceborne, so any gear is good.

I also have the Mind's eye and Shield deco, along with ironwall + and 2 ironwall decos.

Decided to go with the master's touch ruiner nergi set.
I put in Mind's Eye and Shield over 2 of the critical boost decos, and instead put them in my glider mantle. I unfortunantly do not have any guardian/attack decos. I'm an unlucky bastard.

Idk if health boost is really needed or not cause of guard so you can use these as guidelines and adjust to your decos.

Health boost is next to mandatory, don't judge

No I take health boost too, I just don't play lance enough to know if you take both HB and guard or just health boost without guard.

Both. Chip damage is awful, monsters do a lot of it even with guard 5. I'm looking at you, Rajang.

If you find that you don't want/need HB3 then you can put in 3 ironwall jewels and swap the charm for something else. Maybe something to counter the monster you are fighting such as miasma or sleep resist.
I also made the same with the Garuga lance for those poison weak monsters.

if you arent in posession of a minds eye jewel like myself, a two piece rajang with teo for masters touch isnt perfect but its still pretty decent. you can get 2 points of WEX on the rajang helmet which is pretty darn good.

Noone asked for your opinion, lance can do plenty of damage thanks to offensive guard. The main source of damage in a lance is just its ability to never stop poking at a monster. It keeps adding up.

sorry but HH is one of the most damaging weapons if you know what your doing. Lance is in the same boat. its underrated because its seen as a "tank" weapon or a "support" weapon so it couldnt be a DPS weapon.

but, they make up for this with their abilities they can utilize most effectively. HH, got element and attack up songs, pack some CC resistances of varying kinds to fit the hunt, KO and Exhaust are useful too dont see longsword doin anything like that.

Lance is great at elemental damage, surviving poke attacks and using them to counter poke, counter claw, or spring into a mounting attack. also very mobile.some scrub in your group hanging out at the other side of the room drawing all the monster attention? rush over and give it a super poke.

edit: speed runners are way different from normal players. damage is nothing if you cant land all your hits. and speed runners typically abuse a weapon mechanic to meet their goal based on its function. i saw a speed run with a safi hammer using affinity slider to kill a kusha. but you know what? he probably didnt get his fast run on the first try, he probably reset over and over till Kusha was where he wanted it so he could murder it without stopping.

yeah as i added to my last post, no one here is SPEEDRUNNING. the people here are finding COMFY builds that still output decent damage, not top tier damage. so that they can farm various monsters that are easy with said weapon. your argument is moot.
