Cool! thank you!
Lavasioth will spill out decorations when he jumps out of the lava so there is a high chance of 3 of them being spawn.
So if you take a bit of time you can farm up quite a bit of them and because he drops more rare types you have a higher chance of getting better decorations.
The Greatest Jagra loves to drop a ton of low level Decorations and few high ones. But you'll be able to max out the drops from Jagras every fight due to how much HP he has. Lavasioth will often die before he gets to do too many jumps out of lava.
If you don't already have complete sets of the lower rarity decorations, stuff like Health Boost and other defensive skills, the best way to complete your sets is to farm Jagras puke for a few minutes and then return from the quest (don't abandon). If you need higher rarity stuff, the Great Jagras has some worn feystones as guaranteed rewards for completing the quest, with chances to get more and occasionally some warped ones too. It's not too bad if you can finish the quest quickly.
The Name's Lavasioth replaces The Greatest Jagras next week on Thursday (where I live) and lasts until the end of the month. If you're farming rarity 7 and 8 decos you're better off just trying to finish as quickly as possible and skipping the shinies; you're guaranteed two warped feystones as quest rewards, but I've regularly gotten 4+. The shinies are usually glowing and worn feystones, occasionally warped, but they only drop like three at a time and you have to wait around and do nothing between the attacks that drops decos. Also, worn feystones have 1/3 the chance of giving you a rarity 7 decoration as warped feystones, and less than half the chance of giving you a rarity 8 decoration.
Sorry if a lot of that was redundant, I know a lot of it was said already in the thread, I'm just trying to be comprehensive lol
Wow, that pretty much clears everything! Awesome explanations! Thank you both for taking the time!
