google that error what u post and then read how to solve that error..
https://lmgtfy.com/?q=shadowplayonsystemstart+error
You have to wait it out till they get a fix out.
"shadowplaysystemstart error"
im rly curious about it.. my job is software analyst.. and your post sounds rly funny to me.. but if u can prove your statement.. then show it
edit: if u cant, then at least show me how is this MHW error, when its not :-D
As for MHW, perhaps a newer driver version can fix the issue.
Did you update your drivers through GeForce Experience recently?
Before you do anything else though I'd highly recommend using DDU to uninstall your drivers and then do a fully fresh install of the latest ones available.
shadowplaysystemstart error is not a MHW issue and I don't know how to fix it.Google it perhaps?
The crashes are a MHW issue though. The fact that multiple ppl are experiencing the same crashes/freezes and its only MHW causing problems is proof enough for me.
I'll probably have to wait it out. When I got the game a month or so ago there were no issues.
A friend of mine suggested to check my memory cards for faults.
This is so frustrating...
If it's only happening with MHW then it's probably not a memory issue. You'd be experiencing the same problem across any game in that case.
Best bet for now is to just do a full clean install and see how it goes. If it doesn't fix it, perhaps roll back to an older driver to see if it changes anything.
OR u can read what OP say about BSOD
im sure ur expert and u see his windows event viewer and can tell us what happens exactly :)
will be better when he first fix error what crash that ..and then try it again.. no?
edit: what about analyze that issue first?
like when your car not go..
there can be lot of issues.. no fuel, tire defect, car can be in middle of river..
but u just say"CaR iS BrOkEn" aka "MHW is broken"
but.. for fix that u need investigate WHAT happens.. like with car..
first u need fix your last error..
google name of that error and then fix it by instructions..
AFTER that.. try MHW.. when u have another issues, then look in Windows Event Viewer and find there what crash..
but first things first.. fix that shadowplaysystemstart error
I'll try it again using DDU, or leaving out Geforce Experience altogether as it's not neccessary.

Nuking all Nvidia drivers and software, then reinstalling, worked for me.
Here are the steps I took, similar to those mentioned above. And yes, I have tried this and verified it worked (for me, at least)
Download Nvidia GeForce Experience
Download DDU
Uninstall Nvidia GeForce Experience (if installed)
Reboot to Safe Mode
Run DDU and have it clean all Nvidia drivers
Reboot to Normal mode
Install Nvidia GeForce Experience
Open GeForce Experience and have it install the latest driver
//
+ if u just uninstall GeForce, then u can still have this issue and u need edit registry for fix that..
but.. after u solve this, try MHW again, when something crash, then look in windows event viewer..
and ofc, check temperature, etc..
(and ofc.. run it without mods..)
but u can try it :-D
oh yeah they went to mexico to buy beer because it wasnt available in the US, they ate bananas and got sick and blamed the bananas, when in reality the beer was bad but they didnt want to admit it.
so yeah MHW isnt the PROBLEM, its simply triggering the issue thats already existant, something any game could do if it had similar code libraries it uses or hardware features it tries to use.
----
anyway, i havnt had issues with GeForce, shadowplay or otherwise, but it sounds like it is the issue so my suggestions turn off all share features and try playing, this should stop GeForce from activating that software and see if the issue arises
if it didnt, then reinstalling Geforce might fix the issue
if it still does, uninstall Geforce completely and try again
if it didnt error, try reinstalling Geforce and try again
if it still errors out here, the driver may be at fault or other important file to which i reccomend the following:
run CMD.exe as admin, type: sfc scannow
this runs windows system file checker and verifies if any files are corrupt and replaces them.
and reinstall GPU driver, i recommend the latest but if the problem still happens the this is the final solution i can come up with for you.
find a decent HDD health check software, and see if your storage medium is not working properly or has bad sectors, you mention something about the screen writing to storage so this is literally a case of throwing noodles at a wall and see what sticks.
Thanks man! Will try it out asap and let you know. If this works I'll buy you a beer someday :D
