Depends on what you build and playstyle if your a ground ig like me i go maximum might.

depends on the rest of the build;

for pure efficiency the handicraft charm equals 3 l3 decos, but is only relevant for stuff like tyrannis glaive

usually its handicraft for most end game glaives if you wanna play with good comfy and not have to sharpen so often. blos glaive, val glaive, rath glaive etc all need handicraft to be great.

Handicraft is good but it's also high-end. I don't have it yet but I have a lot of other charms for different builds. My most used ones are earplugs, health boost, critical eye and attack boost.

There are no "best charms" for any weapon, you use charms if they're the most convenient way to get certain skills. In the case of bows, Constitution 3 charm is the cheapest QoL you could get; in the case of GL/CB/HBG you use Artillery 3 until you get the decos; etc. So it depends on which skill it's better to get through a charm instead of through armor.
