Meowlotov cocktail vs wildspire shield.

Do you think that shield give more damage often than a bomb ?

Bombs are at least useful for sleep bombing(your cat plant 2 bombs after you)

You can always leave palico at camp

Also the meowlotov can increase proc alot of paralysis/sleep if you gear the right weapon

Shieldspire is nice if you play with HBG or crit draw bow, meowlotov if you can spare lvl 1 slots for the palico dmg decorations, horn for everything else.

if your palico can hit its head (so not high heads like kush or jho) then shield; otherwise meowlotov

also not in the comparison but coralhorn is a very nice set it and forget it gadget that buffs you directly... and plunderblade is fantastic if farming matrials (unless its something like vaal fangs or teostra horns; which cant be stolen); also requires no direct inputs unless its a sub10minute (actually less but idk exactly where; and i imagine theres a bitt of randomness to whether your cat hits it or not) fight (can only steal 4 things per monster)

Wait what I could've sworn plunderblade can steal as many times as it lands the plunderblade as it lands the slash and not boomerang. The only limitation is hunt time and monster hp cause the monster will eventually die when hit enough times. If you tell your cat to plunder a dead monster, it will work but you need to stand on top of the monster.

its the only gadget i use and it never goes above 4 stolen items unless theres multiple monsters

palico cant kill large monster (i think it to prevent palico accidenly killing capture target), so technically you can stay for the mission duration
