Anyway to change palico fur color?
in-game? or maybe cheat engine or mod?

After you've gone through the creation phase, I don't believe there's any way to run back and change your Palico fur color or coating. I haven't seen any mods about that either. I have seen one that removes all the armor from your Palico but keeps the stats of whatever is equipped.

Well cheat engine then, since you can only create your palico appearance one time only in the initial character creation
