I don't think that's an actual job you can get anywhere. 'pro' means professional btw. It means you're getting paid to do it. It's not synonymous with 'good'.
I stand corrected. Didn't realize there was actually a pro MonHun league.
But, seriously, focus more on avoiding attacks than landing your own. Eventually you learn when you have openings and when you don't.
Lastly you need 1 partners with similar goal. You cant pro this game solo.
Only use one weapon and play through the game. And do that solo.
Monster moves can be observed much easier when they only focus on you.
First, you learn your weapon. You learn what moves you have, what each button does, what mechanics work, what to avoid using at what time/situation, and what skills are best for it.
Next, you learn the monster(s). You learn how the monster(s) moves, what the tells are for each move, where to find it, when it is weak enough to capture, and what is it weak to.
Concurrently, you learn the mechanics of the game. You learn where the environmental hazards are that you can use, what flash pods do, what sonic pods do, how to trap a monster, how the map looks like, how to fast travel, how to improve your palico and his/her gadgets, how to get more ingredient in canteen, what canteen is and how it works, and more.
Last, you put all 3 together.
You get better as you play - that's like THE THING about MH games.
There are however many hidden mechanics, many things you need to learn from other people on the internet because the game will either not tell you about them or will only briefly mention them.
Like did you know that greatsword gets 5% bonus damage if you hit a monster with the middle of the blade?
Still - everything about it comes down to utilizing your knowledge in an effective way which again leaves us with more practice.
Learn, adapt, overcome and most importantly: Never give up!
