omg lol i kept entering the item box first.. Thanks so much!
If you find yourself using a bunch of potions each quest, yes it's a good idea. If you leave the quest with the same ten pots you started with, you can probably leave the spare ingredients at camp. I carry spares of stuff if I'm fighting a monster I know I'll blow through consumables on, like flashbugs for Kushala. It just depends on your consumption and what you're hunting.
Thanks brother
Only herbs are needed for pots now. Mega still needs the honey.
I feel you, when I started playing this game I was looking everywhere for Bomb Mats since I was getting lota of Flashbugs and Dung lol
Potions only require herbs now and flashbombs only require flashbugs.
Also if you pick up an herb, it'll auto-craft it into a potion (which you can disable in the crafting menu) so you don't really need to bring herbs, you can just pick them up if you need more potions because herbs are everywhere or just fly back to camp and restock on potions if you drank them all which is something you can do now too.
Bringing 10 flashbugs to craft more flashpods is a good idea tho, the flashspam is strong in this one and you can bind crafting recipes to the radial menu to quickly do it mid combat.
But you usually find herbs in abundance in the quests.
damn this is awesome.
As much as i loved MHFU. It did have some annoying micro-management. This makes everything so much better
kinda funny tho how all you need is an herb for a potion lol. I just picture him putting an herb in a jar then using a stick to try and mush it lol
i.e. I used a few mega potions during a fight then the monster ran away,
luckily I was smart and had mega-potion ticked in the combine menu,
while chasing the monster saw some honey and harvested it as I ran by,
I had some normal potions in my pack so it automatically crafted 2 mega potions to top up my stocks.
lol old MH was classic
