Is the Butterfly armor worth it?

I've been collecting vespoid parts and monster juice as well as the insect guide from the arena. The armor doesn't look bad. Certainly better looking than the Beetle armor. Is it worth the hassle of the challenge arena to go after this armor set?

Do you want to look fabulous? Then totally worth.

Do you want to survive being 1-shot? Not so much.

HR Butterfly armor has decent slots, if you have good decos you can use it. But if you just want it for the looks you might as well just install the transmog mod.

edit: the HR Butterfly armor has nothing to do with the event. No, you don't want to use LR armor.

The challenge isnt that hard, but there's no HR version so its pointless.

You literally could play in bone armor until HR. You don't even have to upgrade it. HR is where you need to be spending your time.

I used Bone Armor to get me through Anjanath. Now that I have a full Anjanath set, I'm mostly wearing that except in this harvest festival, where I'm wearing the scary costume set. I'm still rank 6 and messing around in Coral Highlands.

I'm also trying to get the Brigade Armor, but commendations aren't exactly dropping out of the sky.

You won't be able to get commendations until HR 10. At that point you will almost be in high rank, making all of your previous armor entirely obsolete.

Actually ran 100% of low rank in Origins Armour only had to swap it out when my gunalnce couldn't block Nergi's dive. It's entirely possible to run low rnak with 0 skills.
