ok some of them are pretty quick, but normaly anounce the region change through a roar, which gives you the opening through dodgeroll to use a flashbang and simply cap.
there is also literally a camp near to all sleeping areas
The monster AI is extremely crappy, but player do get their tools to counter the monster fleeing. Traps, Flash, Clutch Claw, Earplug etc. And tbh most monster's won't even take more than 10 minutes if you know what you're doing...
farcaster also acts like a panic button.
there are cases theres not enough time to drink a potion without being interrupted if you are very low on life and monster is on your toes, using farcaster is a nice way to avoid a cart.
casting farcaster is faster than any healing potion.
