Lightning Strikes Twice.

Anyone know what the deal is with this quest? It says I completed it, but that little speech bubble thing never went away from the quest, like all other quests that NPC's give you do.

Speech bubbles never disappears. They indicate that the quest is obtained by talking to an NPC, nothing else.

Hmm, but quite literally every single speech bubble has disappeared so far after completion. This is the one and only that hasn't. It's quite maddening.

Then something is odd with your game for the speech bubbles to disappear... The only thing that indicates completion is the 'CLEAR' tag, bubble icon to the left of quest titles will never disappear.

Actually, now that I go back and look through my other quests, you're absolutely right. I guess it was just odd to me that after I completed it, no NPC wanted to talk to me or anything, so I figured I was missing something. Thanks for the help.
