Is there a nice Ancient Forest map guide that is comprehensible?

I love the Ancient forest design, it is really good but it is really difficult to understand the map and the layout, is there a map that actually helps? because the ingame one doesn't.

The map in general, i don't know how to navigate through some of the areas, for example i don't know how to get to the area 14 were the giant electric lizard spawns.

The map can be a bit confusing due to the different layers of the map stacked on each other but the trick is to look at the numbers of the map and check it whenever you change layers.
