rare item in Elder Melder
how to unlock rare items in Elder Melder, actually fulgur anjanath mantle and Ebony odogarom mantle, i have some celestial tickets but i only see rathian and anjanath mantle

aah ic so their mantle in elder melde might take a while to appear, since i only have rathian and anjanath now
