Which's The Best Skills to Take for Switch Axe?
I'm wonder which's the best skills I should use for Switch Axe. I mostly use Coalence and Divine Beast with Health Boost. I use the Rimeguard armor set. I would like to see other combinations and other skills I could use to make a good Switch Axe.

It's a really good one but I don't use the Discharged and the Elemental Charge much. I use the normal Axe more.

Focus on 100% crit: expert, tenderize & agitator + critboost lvl 3

Generally pick the SA with the highest raw damage and power phail

Healboost 3 is the best defensive skill. Divine protection is good too

Coalence is mostly used for good elemental weapons. SA isn't one of them so I wont recommend coalence or even an elemental SA.

Using sword mode is quite important. Power phails give a massive amount of damage at the cost of slightly lower evasion. I definitely recommend using it.

Power prolonger and even focus are nice skills to have but not necessary.

I do know it's quite important since it does a lot more damage than normal Axe. Though found it hard to control my movement but I guess you're right, I will practice more for that matter!

I have a good SA weapon with great damage, the Uragaan tree maximized with elemental damage along with it. Incredibly good in all honesty!

So the best one is Focus, Critical Expert, Tenderizer and Agitator as well as Critical Boost Level 3. Seems like a great one! I will see which armor that is suitable for these skills. Thanks for the information!

Note: I mostly use the normal Axe form since I know how to play it well, and I don't really mind using the sword form much but I will try to practice it since it can do a ton of damage.

Focus is only a luxury skill. Not necessary in the slightest. Crit chance is necessary though

I'll be boring and just refer you to the meta thread, has basegame sets too and should just be used to see what a set could generally look like.

I for one can't play Swaxe without evasion skills, at minimum a level or
two of Evade Extender.

i agree with this, 1 level of evade extender can make a difference when you do side hopping. Every swaxe build i have got 1 equipped

It really does, but I really don't use it much in all honesty, I'm doing really good without it. But a nice addition.
