All, or any of these scenarios can have a massive effect on your damage.
Your Second picture is showing the damage numbers of Big Bang 1 and Big Bang 2. The Big Bang combo is known for starting out with the weakest hits in the combo first, and becomes progressively stronger further into the combo. You also landed those 2 hits on Jho's back, which is a pretty terrible raw hitzone and an average Dragon hitzone.
I really can't tell what combo you're doing in the Third picture, but I can tell it's quick, weak hits and hitting an untenderized tail, which is also a terrible hitzone for both Blunt and Dragon element. Jho's best weakspots are his chest, and the tip of his head (around the mouth, any hits around the nose or eyes will count as "neck" hits which is much tankier.)
If you're used to playing with a friend, then I'm guessing your friend was doing all of the tenderizing, and you're used to seeing overall higher numbers because of this. If you really want to start seeing higher numbers again, you should work on getting one of the more Raw focused hammers, and look up a tutorial for Hammer's moveset just in case you've gotten rusty since you last played. I'd help you myself with this but I don't know anything about M&KB controls.
Edit: I just figured out what attack your third picture is showing off. That attack starts with 2 weak hits on the spin, and finishes with a very strong slam as the third attack. Your picture cuts off the strong slam and is only showing the 2 weak hits landing on the tail.
