Let's hope the character creation is more accurate on the PC. Characters always looked slightly different after creation on consoles.

I think the different appearce in creation and in game was due to the light source.

Creation mode had a soft light that gave everything a smoother look while in Game usually have stronger lights which gave harsh shades and shapes.

I'll be writing down my console version's sliders to easily recreate my Character

no body sliders, sadly. you only customize the hunter's gender, name, head and skin tone. The body is locked

All the armor is so customizable I doubt very strongly you'll run in to someone who looks the same as you.
