[SOLVED] Question about the camera

Coming from Generations Ultimate on the Switch and wondering if there is any way to make the camera function like it did in that game?

I hate how one setting seems to snap the entire focus on the monster (which leads to some horrible camera angles) and the others seem to do nothing - unless I'm overlooking something which is why I'm writing this ^^

I found one camera setting that says something like "target the monster" but when I lock on with my control stick and then press the shoulder button, nothing happens?!

Made sure to turn off the "focus on small animal" and also making sure you're targeting your target? (The one with the EKG on the bottom)

I'm sure I did that but "Target camera" seems to be the exact setting I was looking for.

I'll try it again tomorrow - maybe I did something wrong in the heat of battle - I'm almost sure I locked onto the Barroth, then pressed L1 but nothing happened.

If that "issue" is fixed for me, I'm only 1-2 graphical tweaks away from enjoying the awesome game MUCH more :-) I can def. see how this game keeps me occupied until Rise.

I solved it :-)
I actually went with camera option 2 (so I had to press L1 two times which i never did).

Target camera 3 works like a charm.
