I just wish it was implemented better from a technical standpoint.
You can use Reshade to get almost the same effect without losing 10~ fps lol.
I always turn off things like motion blur, bloom and film grain in games.
that said, i run it on max just fine xD i could certainly go up to 110-120 fps with it completely off and DLSS on, but i've done this and it looks like garbage. DLSS on with vol fog though, tolerable and looks correct.
I always recommend disabling it for the performance benefits alone and the effect blurs the game considerably. You should also consider disabling motion blur as that improves the image quality as well.
Eh, I'm sure somebody out there likes them. I've never really understood the point to making a game look worse deliberately.
