The transcendence
where it says "Health/Stamina +100 at the start of a quest or after fainting. (Effect doesn't stack.) " this mean I will always have +100 health/stamina and I dont need to use the health deco right?

it means you will have both health boost, stamina boost and you will start with full health and stam regardless of canteen buffs. Basically you will always have max health and full stam - stam still depletes with hunger but your max will be 200.

Yes.
You get IT at the start of the quest and when you faint so always.
Unless you change armor and faint then you will loose it.

Wait wait wait. So you're saying I can run in with fatalis gear, get my health boost, run into the tent to swap armors, and keep the health boost until I die?

no, if you change armors it's gone. And its gone until you finish that hunt. Even if you change back into the fatalis gear you will lose the extra health and stam. If you are running fatalis gear in guiding lands and you plan on being in there for a while - dont swap to a set that isnt using 4 piece fatalis if you want to keep that set bonus.

I checked to make sure, and if you change from Fatalis gear to another, that doesn't have Health Boost or Stamina Boost (like the one from Anjanath set) they both go down to 150. If you swap to something with the boost they will stay at 200,

So in short, in that case Fatalis gives you a free Ancient Potion. :P

it basically just gives you the canteen food buff from using fresh ingredients. Like doing a chefs choice meal basically.
