Where the ♥♥♥♥ is furious Rajang
Literally cant find him walking around 10 minutes.

In the special assignment he was NE hoarfrost. Hes not there for the event quest. Where the ♥♥♥♥ is he?

In the event quest he spawns in the hotspring area.

simply collect some tracks and follow the scoutflies

btw can't miss him in the arena go for event quest "mew are number 1"
he should start at the hot stone area(13) in event quest "monkey business"
in the special assignment he normally starts at area 7
