That said I use Intel systems. Don't speak for AMD's.
EDIT: Got it. I'm using a GTX 1070, sorry.
i don't own amd rig but i think you can do well.
-i5 3570k @ stock clocks (3.4GHz)
-8GB of slow-tier DDR3 (dual-channel)
-GTX 1060 6GB
-an old, worn out 5700rpm server HDD
With a mixture of medium & high settings I get a very playable 55-60 with some brief hitching (probably due to RAM limitations?) and infrequent dips to as low as 45, usually when two large monsters are battling along with a lot of foliage draw or when there are also a ton of filler creatures in the scene. The game looks beautiful to me. If I can manage this with my system, you should have no issue running it. Just don't expect peak performance and be prepared to lower some settings. On the plus side, with some settings the difference between medium and high is negligible and you likely won't notice unless you're a pixel sniper. There's also a setting which tries to intelligently raise or lower texture resolution/quality to adjust for system load, which I find helps considerably with my specs.
As some others point out, this game is mostly CPU intensive, so that's likely going to be the biggest factor at play. My CPU usage is almost redlining constantly during play, it's being worked hard for sure, thankfully I have more than adequate cooling and this chip is a beast for surviving very high temps for extended periods (105*C for weeks during a render before I realised the liquid cooler impeller had broken and clogged the loop... lol). I'm pleased with performance on my end and my system is essentially halfway to being a fossil, I think you'll be fine. If not, you can always refund the game so long as you keep playtime under the 2 hour mark.
Best of luck.
I got an i5 3450 and a GTX 1650, I get 60-75 fps with medium-high settings on 1080p.
