Why does no one uses Nerigante GS

Purgation's Atrocity has high raw damage, no negative affinity and dat sharpness. However, I will hear people more often talk about leviathan fury? It has a lower elder seal, raw damage, and just a higher elemental damage, which it doesn't really use much. So why no one brings it up?

Because Jagras Hacker III was better if you wanted a weapon that had high blue sharpness but couldn't go higher. Deviljho greatsword was also permanently added to the game which is, in my opinion, better than both Nergigante and Vaal Hazak Great Swords.

I believe Vaal Hazak performs better than Nergigante due to white sharpness. Always gotta have white sharpness on my GS.

But the sharpness is not important on gs as much as it is with other weapons in the game, imo anyway. Unless sharpness adds more damage or something I'm not aware of. lol

white sharpness gives a 1.32x damage multiplier, blue sharpness is 1.2x

nope its just as important if your going for damage Val hazak is beter. With White sharpness.

Sharpness adds a damage multiplier to both physical and element, yes.
