Unlocking Kirin gamma layered armor

Hello, a few hours ago i did the quest A whisper of white mane with the AT Kirin to farm some of its tickets because i wanted to craft the gamma layered armor. Now i have every material but the crafting recipe is not shown in the smithy yet.
How can i unlock this armor set or what do i need to unlock it?

There is specific items in the Guiding Lands that you need to get to make it.

ive already unlocked the guiding lands but my coral biome is only on level 3.
do i have to defeat a kirin in the guiding lands or is it just enough if i pick up some materials from it?

You need Solemn Azure Horns which you can get from normal kirin in the guiding lands. Or you can meld them from the horns the tempered version drops if you don't get one before getting coral to 7.

You need to get coral crimsonbone which you get from foraging, and elder dragonvein bone which you get from killing elder dragons in the guiding lands.

Oh, you need tickets from AT Kirin as well.
Solemn Azure Horn x7
Kirin Ticket x1
Elder Dragonvein Bone x5
Coral Crimsonbone x2

It'll appear after you get the solemn azure horns, which are the guiding lands exclusive drop from kirin.

Why do you care what layered armor they want to use?
