Unlocking Kirin gamma layered armor

Hello, a few hours ago i did the quest A whisper of white mane with the AT Kirin to farm some of its tickets because i wanted to craft the gamma layered armor. Now i have every material but the crafting recipe is not shown in the smithy yet.
How can i unlock this armor set or what do i need to unlock it?

Are you sure you're looking in the High Rank armors? it should be towards the bottom of the list. You should be able to see it even if you don't have all the materials.

Yes I a was scrolling a few times through the high rank armor sets

Have you gotten the tickets from the AT Kirin?

Yes I've got 5 kirin tickets

That is very strange. I guess make sure that you have all required material. Its possible that you are probably missing an item.

Kirin Mane x4
Elder Dragon Blood x3
Elder Dragon Bone x3
Novacrystal x2

These are the materials for the normal kirin gamma armor, but I want to craft the layered variant or do I misunderstand something

Yes

You should be able to craft it at the workshop under Forge Equipment; layered armor.

But it is not there I can't find it

Forgot you also need to progress into Iceborne to get to the Guiding Lands so that you can make it.
