How to get Guiding Bond Crystal Pendant?

I've been looking through my pendant list recently and noticed that the guiding bond crystal sat just above my AT Velkhana crystal. Have no clue how I got it, but I figured it must be from that fight. But I've checked Fextralife and other wikis and there's absolutely nothing on this thing, nor post AT Velkhana content. Or maybe I'm terrible at searching for things, idk.

Anyone got a better memory?

That's probably what it was. But I thought I got the Savior's guild crystal from that, unless you receive both?

2. Savior's Guild Crystal by talking to the commander in Astera after defeating Fatalis
3. Guiding Bond Crystal
